We are a growing mental health practice and we are looking for someone that will grow with us.
This position is part time and is late morning, afternoon and evening hours.

Responsibilities and Duties Answer phones and greet visitors Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Schedule and coordinate providers/staff and other meetings Collate and distribute mail Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping REQUIRED Qualification and Skills Safe and Positive Approaches Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Behavioral Health experience Medical Terminology Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices Full time/Part-time position is available immediately.
The position provides all weekends and holidays off.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
