This position is 9a-6p Mon-Fri; all weekends and major holidays off.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to Coordination of day to day office operations and procedures Prepare payroll Supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, data entry Recruit, hire and train staff Ensure patient/staff satisfaction, including trouble shooting complaints Prior authorizations Inventory Management Charge entry and reconciliation Insurance Credentialing Maintain filing and organizational systems of the practice Coordinate staff meetings Ensure appropriate daily staffing Coordinate community visits Job Types:
