As a budtender at Indigo Dispensary, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to all of our patients and customers.
You will be the face of our dispensary, and as such, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and informative environment for all who enter.

QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change Optimistic, service with a positive attitude Retail experience preferred Minimum 21 years of age Must pass any required background checks Able to stand for long periods of time per traditional retail responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Educate and advise first-time consumers on the various strains of cannabis, their effects, and applications Check customers' ID to verify legal age; demonstrate excellent communication skills and deliver exceptional customer service.
Assess customer needs to properly make product recommendations to customers with specific requirements and requests Stay up-to-date and compliant with state and federal cannabis regulatory protocols Operating point-of-sale systems, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records of with diligence and attention to detail Maintain an orderly, hygienic, and safe retail environment alongside inventory management Job Type:
